The $149 template is included. We agree the first area, initial data source, and session dates before setup begins. Your Notion subscription is separate.

- A defined first workflow, such as maintaining the directory or recording gifts
- Practice for the people responsible for that workflow, plus written handover notes
- Thirty days of email help after the working session, covering questions and corrections to the agreed setup

We write down the first workflow and the tasks your team should be able to complete. Onboarding stays open until that agreed area works as described. Additional areas, complex data cleanup, automations, and external integrations need a separate scope.
