Projects start at $5,000, including discovery. Your written blueprint sets the deliverables, migration boundaries, and fixed price for the agreed scope. Notion and other third-party services are billed separately.

Built to fit
- Discovery sessions focused on the process you want to improve and the people responsible for it
- A written blueprint — the proposed workflow, data sources, access requirements, acceptance criteria, price, and timeline
- Changes to the template structure specified in the blueprint
- New databases and views where the agreed workflow requires them
- Migration of the agreed data sources, with cleanup and validation responsibilities set in advance
- Training for staff and lay leaders, plus handover notes
- A defined support window after launch, including its duration and the work it covers

The $1,500 deposit funds discovery and a written blueprint. It credits in full toward your build. If you decline the plan before approving the build, you may request the deposit back.
